Though he’s globally known as a singer/songwriter,
Ken Goldstein is also an accomplished documentary filmmaker and has an enormous history writing, directing and producing educational films and commercials. Since first appearing as a newscaster in 1992 on Fox News and NBC he has also enjoyed a side career as a journalist both in front of the camera, behind the microphone and through the various newspapers and magazines he’s written for over the course of his professional career. He is also the founder and Creative Director of Six Shooter, a marketing and branding boutique agency that has created global marketing campaigns featuring original graphics, animations, websites, digital brochures and branding packages since the mid-1990s. And in 2011, he released his first book entitled The Way of the Nerd: Practical Advice for Impractical People. Ken not only created the infamous Dempsey “D” for his alter ego, Jack Dempsey, but also developed and produced Dempsey’s entire merchandise catalog and marketing materials. He also concepts, writes and produces all of his own music videos.
